In a previous post, we talked about the sale of our home and about the debt that it left behind. We talked about how we didn't know where the money would come from but that we were learning to trust God for it. Well since that time, we prayerfully decided that we were going to stop negotiations with USDA, and just accept their final offer. So we signed the form and sent it; it was actually a relief to have made a decision!
Now for the cool part.
God has made a way for now! He has provided a way for us to make our debt payment every month! When He showed us how He was going to provide, we were both dumbfounded!
We actually just sat there like little kids -- unable to grasp what was happening and unable to find the words to describe the way we felt. When moments like that happen, it feels like a hurricane -- but the hurricane is LOVE and you cannot stand up in the midst of it. Overwhelming.
So, God has made a way. And, surprise! -- it's one that we didn't see or plan. Imagine that, right? So thank you Lord! You are providing all along the way and teaching us to trust! It's painful at times, but so worth it!
